OSI Ujamaa Farm Co-op
The agriculture initiative is responsible for the development and maintenance of a system of sustainable agriculture to provide wholesome, natural food to the One Salone Academy School and members of the community. The Project is managed by a committee which consists of school staff, and parent volunteers who oversee food production, harvesting and preparation. The goal of the agriculture initiative is to source the daily meal program at the school in addition to creating a food co-op that will supply fresh vegetables, materials for housing, clothing, and additional food to market outside the community

Hart Health Project
HEALTH
The Health and Human Services program is dedicated to ensuring the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of individuals, families, and communities in the Nimikor Chiefdom, Kono District. The objective of the Health Initiative is to uphold every individual's right to achieve their potential for longevity and good health throughout their life. This is accomplished by offering free clinics and conducting annual health checks accessible to the entire community.
One Salone International Festival of Traditional Arts and Culture
The Arts and Culture program is devoted to fostering an African aesthetic, artistic, and cultural expression with the aim of facilitating the mental, emotional, and moral development of students. The objective of the program is to cultivate a heightened awareness of the country's rich cultural heritage and to initiate a national movement of cultural empowerment that will influence Sierra Leone's global perspective. This initiative includes various visual and performing arts such as music, film, dance, drama, literature, poetry, visual arts, and sports. It provides support for theater companies, audiovisual recordings, presentations, competitions, compilations, and the production of the annual One Salone International Festival of Traditional and Contemporary Arts.
The festival advocates for the participation of schools across the district and offers opportunities for community artists to display their talents. Notably, it stands as the largest school cultural arts program engaging the entire community in Sierra Leone. To ensure equitable participation, all schools are allocated a budget for costumes and transportation.
